Repeated polycrises — climate disruption, governance failure, digital fragmentation, economic shocks — are arriving faster than institutions can absorb them. Our mission is to strengthen the anticipatory decision-making capacity of communities, businesses and government. The skill-gap isn't in knowledge. It's in the ability to rehearse complexity before it arrives.
Immersive simulations built on the most compelling and complex problems let you rehearse decision-making before it counts — building capabilities, individual and collective, and revealing how you actually think when multiple fronts arrive at once.
Sharper decision-making under real constraints — limited budgets, political pressure, competing demands, and no single right answer
The vocabulary and foresight to anticipate crises before they arrive — not just the reflexes to respond after
An honest picture of how you actually think when the stakes feel real — which is different from how you think you think
We've worked with the Government of India, international and local philanthropies, and organisations across climate, governance, gender and digital contexts. We bring that experience to your teams — as facilitated workshop pathways, bespoke commissioned simulations, or tools that help you understand where your interventions actually land in the system.
Civic.Games was founded by Abeer Kapoor — author, former journalist, and designer with nearly a decade of building games, workshops and experiences that put real people inside real problems.
Games, workshops, digital dashboards and tools — across climate change, rural governance, water resource management, health, gender, governance, and digital and media literacy — with the Government of India, international and local philanthropies, and a host of organisations working at the intersection of complexity and change.
Our mission is singular: to strengthen the anticipatory decision-making capacity of communities, businesses and government in the face of repeated polycrises.
